Scarlett Johansson (born November 22 1984 New York City New York, U.S.) American actress and singer whose acting variety earned her acclaim in a variety of genres from period drama to action and thriller. Johansson lived within New York City as the daughter an architect and a production company. The twin brothers Hunter and she were her youngest siblings. At the age of seven an old, the actress began auditioning for television commercials. To improve her abilities, she studied at classes at the Lee Strasberg Theatre Institute in Manhattan as well as at the Professional Children's School. At the age of eight old, Johansson appeared alongside Ethan Hawke as Sophistry in an Off-Broadway show. When she was nine she made her acting debut in Rob Reiner's North (1994). Johansson was next seen as a character in Just Cause (1996), but it was Manny & Lo 1996 that gave her her breakthrough. The movie is about two young girls that are running away. The Horse Whisperer (1998), in which Johansson plays an teen girl who has an ailment, was well-loved by reviewers. In the following years, she gained fame as the cynical teenager Rebecca In Ghost World. Renee Felice Smith was a child when she began her career in entertainment. When she was a kid, she discovered her passion for performing. Smith was offered her debut acting job at the young age of 6 with her parents' support. Smith was in a television commercial for Dannon yogurt. Like many actresses who are new choose to pursue, she decided to build her talent in theatre. She worked on various projects in the USA while she was making her debut on stage. She studied at the Stonestreet Studios Conservatory of the New York University Tisch School of the Arts.
